Changed plans? Here is what happens.

The card designer and free templates cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask us to remove a free page at any time.

If you cancel after paying but before we start setting up your page, we refund the full amount.

If you cancel after we have started designing or setting up your page, but before it goes live, we refund 50% of the amount paid.

For a custom website, any domain that has already been registered in your name is not refundable, and you keep the domain.

Once your page or website is live, the order is complete and we do not offer refunds. We will still fix any mistake of ours free of charge.

If your dates change, we update your page with the new dates at no extra cost. Your hosting period starts from the original go-live date unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 7 working days of approval.
