The simple terms of using our service.

By creating an account, ordering a package or using Khaaslamhe, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Khaaslamhe is provided by ZynHive, Lahore, Pakistan. You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order.

• A wedding card designer (coming soon).
• Free and paid wedding pages: your love story, functions and photo galleries, depending on the package.
• Custom websites designed for your wedding, on your own domain.

What each package includes, its price and how long it stays online are shown on our Packages page at the time you order, and confirmed in our WhatsApp conversation.

• You place an order by sending us your chosen package on WhatsApp.
• Prices are one-time, in Pakistani rupees. There is no subscription.
• You pay by bank transfer. We never ask for card details, and we never take payment through a website form.
• Your paid page goes live only after we confirm your payment.
• A custom domain is registered for the period stated in your package. Renewing it after that period is optional and is quoted separately.

You keep ownership of everything you give us: your photos, videos, stories and words. You give us permission to store, resize and display them only to make and host your page.

You confirm that you have the right to share the content you send, including photos taken by your photographer and photos that show other people. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or that invades someone's privacy. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

We will not use your photos or story in our own marketing unless you give written permission.

Our templates, designs, code and the Khaaslamhe name belong to ZynHive. You may use your finished card and page for your own wedding. You may not copy or resell our templates or designs.

Sample pages use a made-up couple and free stock photos. The names and pictures on samples are not real customers.

Guests open your page from a link and never need an account. You are responsible for who you send your links to. Please respect your guests' privacy and only add details they would be happy for the family to see.

We aim to deliver your page on the timeline we agree on WhatsApp. Delivery depends on receiving your photos and details on time. Custom designs include the rounds of changes stated in your package; further changes may be quoted separately.

We work hard to keep every page fast and online, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem with an internet provider. Please keep your own copies of your photos.

As far as the law allows, ZynHive is not responsible for indirect losses, such as a guest missing a function because of a wrong date entered on a page. Please check every detail before you share your page. If we make a mistake, we will correct it free of charge, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend a page or account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we disagree, please message us first so we can try to fix it together. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be handled by the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already paid for stay under the terms that applied when you paid.
